The house is 10 years old. The roof had cracks and delamination in about 30 areas. The deck had only a few cracks
but was in need of a fresh coat of gelcoat.
I also recommended to Donald that we change the color on the roof to an off white gelcoat to lower the surface temperature
on the roof. The old color was brown and during afternoon hours the temperature of the roof surface was getting
up around 140 degrees versus around 95 degrees with the white color.
We gave the deck a fresh coat of gelcoat.

After repairing the cracks and delamination on the roof, we laminated a second layer of fiberglass chopmat using a top
grade polyester resin with a "flex" additive which will hold up better to the extreme heat from the sun all day long.
